The Weight Loss Mindset® is not intended as a treatment or cure for any formal illness or other medical or psychiatric condition. This program is not meant as a substitute for any psychological or psychiatric care a customer may need. Instead, the proper live medical and/or mental health professional should be sought out as needed for any necessary care.

Finally, only follow and utilize the ideas and exercises in the An Intelligent Approach to Losing Weight© and Emotional Eating Busters© ebooks after correlating with and deferring to any relevant medical or psychiatric professional you may require-depending on your individual needs, risks, and circumstances. It is highly recommended that you meet with a qualified and relevant physician and mental health professional as you utilize the resources of your ebooks. The same applies to your 8 hypnosis sessions as well. Consult with professionals, be practical, and exercise caution, common sense, and moderation.

If you would like a refund, simply mail back all of the following: 1) your Weight Loss Mindset® program postmarked up to and no later than 30 days from the date of sale, 2) the included packing/billing statement, 3) a brief letter of explanation, and 4) the Pay Pal email address you'd like your refund sent to (if this is your choice of refund method). Sorry, no refunds will be given for incomplete returns or returns postmarked after 30 days from the original date of sale. The address to mail back your program to will be included on the package used to mail out your original program.

Refunds will not be issued back to the credit or debit card you used for your original purchase. This charge will remain. Instead, you will be refunded in one of the following 2 manners. Please specify with your returned materials which refund method you prefer: A) the full purchase price will be send to your through Pay Pal, or B) a personal check with the full purchase price will be mailed out to you within 7-10 business days from the return. If you choose to have your refund sent to you by Pay Pal, please include the Pay Pal email address you wish your refund to be sent back to. If no return method choice is noted with your return materials (or you do not specify the workable and correct Pay Pal email address you'd like your refund to be sent to), by default, your refund will be mailed out in 7-10 business days in the form of a check.
